This exciting networking convention will start Wednesday, September 21 with registration in the Tulsa Hard Rock Casino Resort lobby area at 5pm. Once you've settled in, you'll be ready to head to the Welcome Reception at 7pm complete with live entertainment! As always, our hospitality suite will be open from 10-Midnight in case you want to mingle some more!
On Thursday, you can enjoy one of two great activities! The first is our Convention Golf Classic, which will take place at the Cherokee Hills Golf Club which is on the Tulsa Hard Rock Casino Resort property. For $130 per player (or get 4 free golf registrations with a tournament host sponsorship of $1,000), you can enjoy a great day of fun on the course with the chance to win prizes, raffle drawings and lunch.
If golf isn't your thing, you can try a half-day special Will Rogers History Tour. This tour (cost $50, includes transportation & lunch) is a fantastic way to learn more about Will Rogers as well as our Great State.

Red Vest Banquet
Thursday evening will be filled with even more fun starting with our Chairman's Reception & Silent Auction. After the auction, at the banquet our keynote speaker will be Insurance Commissioner, John Doak. Finishing off the evening, we will bid farewell to our outgoing Chairman, Dusty Runnels (Hamm & Phillips), and welcome our new Chairman, John Titsworth (Triad Transport).
Friday will host a light breakfast with guest speaker, Bob Costello, ATA Chief Economist and Vice President. Mr. Costello will be speaking about the economic future of the truckingindustry. General session willalso include updates from Executive Director, Dan Case, and ATA updates from David McCorkle, to wind down the final day of our convention. Then we'll bid everyone farewell at our Farewell Brunch.
